Bill Zigouras - Founder / Executive Director
As founder of Voicetek, Bill has dedicated many years of research and development into the Voicetek's core products and holds the joint positions of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Bill has an Advanced Diploma in Business Development.

Lori Zigouras - Co-Founder / Director
Lori brings diverse skills and experience to Voicetek, overseeing the companies administration, finances and the preparation of financial projections. Lori recently completed a Diploma in Frontline Management.

James Hayes - Operations Director
James was appointed Voicetek's Operations Director in May 2004. His skills provide extensive knowledge of the telephony and voice recognition industries as well as bringing a wide range of business development attributes to the company.

Luceille Outhred - Advisor to the Board
Luceille has had extensive start up and business development experience, having spent 13 years as Corporate Leader of the Workright Group, which is involved in Education, Technology Incubation and Entrepreneurship. Her strategic leadership has resulted in the establishment of a number of global relationships and off-shore franchise operations on behalf of the Workright Group. 

Luceille was designated as a member of the Southern Area Sports Complex Management Team by the South Australian Parliament. In 2000, she was selected as a finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year (SA) award; and, in 2007, she was again selected as a finalist in the Telstra awards; this time in two categories: i.e. the Hudson Private and Corporate Sector Award, and the Australian Government Business Innovation Award.

Workright Centre for Entrepreneurship has provided incubation, investment, and ongoing commercialisation support to Voicetek.

Arthur Roumeliotis - Adviser to the Board
Mr Roumeliotis is a Division Director at Macquarie Bank where he is Head of Portfolio Management for Macquarie Newton Specialist Funds. Previously, Mr Roumeliotis was head of quantitative sales for Macquarie Equities. Prior to this he was a Principal at Barclays Global Investors (BGI) where he was senior portfolio manager and responsible for managing more than $2 billion of Australian equity portfolios. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science from La Trobe University and a Master of Economics from Macquarie University.
